WHO WE ARE

MHSV® - International Centre for Development and Transition is an organisation based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Its mission is to promote holistic human development through sport, education, training, human support and preparation for personal, sporting, educational and professional transitions.

Football is the principal launch programme, while the mission extends to all sports and, above all, to the person behind performance. MHSV® does not promise automatic access to professional sport; it builds realistic, individualised and coordinated pathways.

SPORT PROGRAMMES IN ACTION

In development : Being prepared or formalised.

A pathway built on the field.

For its first deployment phase, MHSV® welcomes participants selected and organised into coherent age and level groups. Athletes from different sports and participants in our educational, human-development and socio-professional programmes.

The programme may include technical, tactical and physical training; internal MHSV® matches; periodic assessments; friendly matches against local, national or elite-structure teams when schedules allow; activities during preparation periods, competition breaks or selected sporting holidays; camps and development experiences.

The model is designed to extend to other sports: group structures for team sports and individual monitoring around training, competition and goals for individual sports.
